Our delivery team evaluates each situation individually when the recipient is unavailable, considering factors such as weather conditions, the delivery location, and available secure places to leave the arrangement. Depending on the circumstances, flowers may be left at a protected entrance, with a trusted neighbor, or at an appropriate reception desk or office.

If we cannot find a suitable place to leave your order, the flowers will be returned to our shop, and we will contact the recipient to coordinate a new delivery attempt. If no one is available to accept the delivery, our driver may leave a notice at the door.
